At first glance it looked like this was the best picture of these two but now looking at it closer it looks like poor Kaleb is crying, and Jordie is trying to escape!
A slightly better one of Kaleb
These 3 were so good, they had their own kids party in the basement, complete with tickets, music, games and Lego.
The two little guys stayed upstairs with the adults
I love this kids smile!
Playing some bowling
My serious faced Jordie
My boys have become huge fans of dog piling anyone and everyone.
See, this will bring a smile out on his face!
And he's always right in on the action!
I actually really love this photo of Jordan and Linden
Jordan really wanted Dane's chair
So he stood up and gave it to him to sit in. These boys are so good with the little ones!
Playing with the boys new walkie talkies
And then the party moved upstairs for some kitchen hockey
These two have become best buds. I remember how excited Dane was to meet James when he was born and he's always been so wonderful with him ever since he was really little.
I was taking the photo above of James and Dane and all of a sudden my usually camera shy little Jordan just walked right over and stood beside them and gave me a huge old grin. He is so funny sometimes and surprises me every single day!
This one is much better of James
And back to more hockey playing
He was intent watching the ball dropping in NYC at 9pm our time so he took his seat and just waited!
Nice face Jimmy. You should know by now not to make faces at me because I will put those pictures up on this blog!
He was getting tired but was so good, just hanging out playing with the big boys and the trucks
I love this little guy!
And Jordie of course just wanted to get in on the action too!
Kaleb was sleeping and he started making his way down the hall and I had to whisper loudly at him to come back to me. This was his face when he turned to look at me.
Attempting a group photo of the four of these monkeys was not an easy task
We were just packing up to go around 10pm and Jordan was definitely tired and started whining. Here is Daddy trying to get him to giggle or smile, he was having none of it!
And trying to get one of him with Auntie Theresa but his poor little frown was showing. He was so tired when we finally got him home at 10 but was a total little trooper right till the end.
The next day we met with the Slacks for our second annual New Years Day walk down the Willingdon Beach Trail. We met up to watch the crazy people do the Polar Bear Swim and then set off for our walk. Next year I think we'll walk before hand and then take the little ones home for their naps after the swim instead.
Here are the pictures from our walk.
This kid is such a good smiler and is such a cute little guy!
And one of the two of them together
Dane and James, best buddies for life
He really wanted to get up there with the big boys!
Cute new favorite photo of Jordie
And a great one of James
Blurry but good one of Linden
He was watching the big boys on one of the machines
And was very excited when Daddy let him climb up too!
Such a happy little guy
I like this photo of these 3
And actually a really good one of the 5 of them...this one is going up on the wall for sure!
My yearly good photo of K&T
I wish he wouldn't wear his sunglasses in photos, I like to see his eyes!
Great photo of the Slack Family, including Laika!
And a relatively good one of us too!
Back in the stroller after a very long walk and getting tired!
Great photo of Dane
And of Linden too
And they were both out!
We live in the most beautiful place
